On select weekends, Saturday timeslots and Sundays before noon may be reserved exclusively for resort guests. For those weekends, remaining availability opens the Monday prior to non-resort guests, based on availability. All hours are subject to change seasonally.
Guests of Salamander Spa must be 18 years of age or older. Guests booking salon services only do not have access to the Spa facilities or Pool Courtyard.
Please notify your spa reservation agent or concierge at the time of booking if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical disabilities, are pregnant, or have any other health concerns. Massage and body treatments are not offered during the first trimester of pregnancy. Select facials are considered safe throughout pregnancy. If you prefer a male or female therapist, please share your preference when scheduling your treatment.
While we make every effort to accommodate same-day appointments, we encourage guests to schedule in advance to ensure preferred treatments and technicians are available. A credit card is required to secure all spa reservations.
ARRIVAL
Guests are asked to arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to their scheduled service time. During this time, you may access the locker rooms to shower or change, and enjoy the Relaxation Lounges. Guests arriving earlier than this window may not be able to check in. Resort guests are welcome to arrive in their robes when convenient.
Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delaying the next guest. Services will end as scheduled, and the full value of the treatment will be charged.
Complimentary valet parking is available for guests with spa appointments. Valet tickets may be validated at Salamander Spa.
LOCKER ROOM & FACILITY ACCESS
The indoor Vitality Pools, Steam Rooms, outdoor Infinity Edge Pool, and Whirlpool may be enjoyed for up to two hours following your service. Guests with the final appointments of the day may access the facilities up to two hours prior to their appointment. Guests booking salon services only do not have access to the Spa facilities or Pool Courtyard.
To preserve a peaceful environment for all guests, we kindly ask that alcoholic beverages be limited to two per guest. Bathing suits are required in all wet areas.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the treatment.
CELL PHONES AND CAMERAS
To maintain an atmosphere of tranquility, cell phone use is not permitted within the spa. To protect guest privacy, photography and video recording are not permitted in locker rooms or wet areas.
SERVICE CHARGE
A non-adjustable 25 percent service charge will be added to your service bill. Additional gratuities may be offered at your discretion.
