Music & Nada Yoga with Meditation Workshop


10:30 a.m. | 75-minutes | $40 per person | Open to the public

Whether you are a music lover, a yoga lover or both, this workshop is a wonderful way to relax and go deeper in both body and mind. Nada Yoga, or meditation with sounds, uses the science of sound and vibration to accompany meditation and enhance its benefits. Class will start and end with a meditation set to music and in between flow through, a yoga practice accompanied by traditional Indian Ragas music to enhance your practice. End class with a relaxing cup of hot tea.
