Empower Adventures
- Treetop Zip Tour: Glide through the forest canopy in the treetops on an interconnected series of zip lines and beautiful suspension bridges. Accompanied by your Empower Adventure guides, traverse five different zip lines and two suspension bridges winding your way through the rolling hills of historic Middleburg. Zip lines range in length from 270 feet to 670 feet and are 35 to 60 feet above the hallowed grounds where John Mosby planned his next attack and where Jackie Kennedy escaped the politics of DC. This two hour Treetop Zipline Tour has something for everyone and is a delightful experience to share with colleagues and teammates. The course spans 20 acres and is conveniently located on-property.

- EMERGE Program: Groups will love Emerge for its fun, high-energy and up-lifting team building activities. Based on the ground, Emerge challenges groups to get outside of their comfort zones, think creatively, exhibit positive communication and support one another. Emerge will inspire participants to take their team bonding to the next level. By focusing on relationship building, communication and problem solving, Emerge will have groups connecting in new ways and achieving more together than they thought possible. 90 or 120 minutes | Minimum 8 people.
- Rappelling: Feeling extreme? Try our rappelling adventures on for size! This guided experience teaches guests how to rappel down distances of 30 feet to 50 feet! Available as an add-on to the Treetop Zip Tour or as a stand-alone adventure.
- Survival Deluxe: A completely unique experience. This venture will truly get your hands dirty as your team learns critical survival skills such as compass navigation, shelter building, snare trapping, and water filtration. 2 hours in the beauty of the wilderness with nothing but a few basic supplies and one goal: Survive. Does your team have what it takes?
- Zip & Sip Deluxe: Following the Treetop Zip Tour, Empower will provide celebratory beverages for your group debrief upon conclusion of your experience. Choose from an assortment of beer or wine.
- Tribal Challenge: This highly competitive and fast-paced team bonding adventure will test your team's ability to think, work together, communicate and outplay the competition! Tribal Challenge combines parts of the Emerge Team Building, Survival and a scavenger hunt. Can your team overcome the odds and be crowned the Tribal Challenge Champion? Lay it all out on the line to find out what your group is made of. 90 minutes | For groups of 12 to 60
