Advanced reservations for all Saturday timeslots and Sundays before noon are reserved for resort guests only. Reservations will become available to non-resort guests the Monday prior to the desired dates, based on availability. All hours are subject to change seasonally.
Guests of the Salamander Spa must be 18 years of age or older. Guest that have booked only Salon services, do not have access to the Spa Facilities and Pool Courtyard. Please notify your spa reservation agent or concierge when booking treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, and physical disabilities, are pregnant or have any other health concerns. If you prefer a male or female therapist, please make your gender request when scheduling your treatment.
While we make every effort to accommodate same day appointments, we encourage guests to schedule appointments in advance to ensure that their treatment and technician preferences are available. A credit card is required to secure your spa reservation.
ARRIVAL
Guests will be required to arrive 15-30 minutes prior their service starting and will have access to the locker rooms to shower and/or change and will have access to the Relaxation Lounges. Guests that arrive before this timeframe will unfortunately not be able to check in early. We recommend guests of the resort to arrive in their robes when possible. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus decreasing its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time, so the following guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
Complimentary valet is available to guests who book spa treatments. Valet tickets can be validated at Salamander Spa.
LOCKER ROOM & FACILITY ACCESS
The Spa indoor Vitality Pools, Steam Rooms, outdoor Infinity Edge Pool and whirlpool are available to use for two hours after your services. Guests who have the last appointments of the day may use the facilities two hours before their appointment. Guest that have booked only Salon services, do not have access to the Spa Facilities and Pool Courtyard. The Salamander Spa strives to create a space of wellbeing, relaxation and calm for all of our guests. To ensure the tranquility of the spa facilities, we ask guests to limit alcoholic beverages to 2 drinks maximum per guest.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of the service cost.
CELL PHONES AND CAMERAS
To offer an atmosphere of tranquility, cell phone use is not permitted in the spa. In order to protect our guest's privacy, cameras or video are not permitted in the locker areas and wet facilities.
SERVICE CHARGE
A nonadjustable 25% service charge will be included on your service bill. Additional gratuities may be added at your discretion.
