Executive Chef Ryan Arensdorf will be preparing a five-course tasting menu that will highlight our dry-aged steak program, seasonal favorites and house-made specialties. For you last dish of 2019 Executive Pastry Chef Jason Reaves has created an exquisite dessert which pairs perfectly with a glass of bubbles.
