Enjoy an afternoon with the ladies learning how to make a classic afternoon tea! In this hands-on class with our guest chef, Dinah Corley, you will create the classic afternoon tea experience including finger sandwiches with curried chicken, smoked salmon and cucumber, and buttermilk pound cake. Chef Corley is a food writer, teacher and restaurant consultant, and has studied under both Julia Child and James Beard.
