Parking Lots
There are nine (9) handicap accessible parking spaces available in the top northwest corner of the parking lot.
Front Desk & Check-in
The front entrance is easily accessible with no stairs and opens directly into the Living Room with a view of the Grand Lawn. The front desk is able to facilitate check-in while the guest stays relaxed in their wheel chair with discreet pull out desks at each front desk station.
Elevators
Guests may use elevators to get to each guestroom floor, fitness center and indoor pool. The second-floor guest wing, Salamander Spa, meeting hallways, Harrimans restaurant, Gold Cup Wine Bar, Library, Living Room and gift shop are all located on the main level. Access to the Grand Lawn is over Delaplaine Terrace through the Middleburg Terrace.
Restrooms in common areas
The restrooms located at both Harrimans restaurant and the banquet wing are designed with one (1) larger wheelchair accessible stall. Toilets in the wheelchair accessible stalls are raised. Restrooms located at the outdoor pool have a larger wheelchair accessible stall. All restrooms located at the indoor pool and fitness area are equipped with a grab bare and are large enough to accommodate a wheel chair.

All pools on property are equipped with ADA Lifts including:

Salamander Spa
Salamander Spa is ADA accessible and features low lockers, an ADA shower and restroom in the locker rooms. The steam room is ADA accessible and all our treatment tables are hydraulic and can lower to an acceptable height for guests to move onto the table with ease. The outdoor Infinity Edge Pool includes a lift.
Guest rooms
Salamander Middleburg offers eight (8) ADA compliant guestroom options including four (4) ADA king guest rooms and four (4) ADA double queen rooms. All guest rooms are equipped with strobe lighting and audio fire alarm system and include the following features:
- Roll in showers
- Raised toilets
- Raised bench inside the shower
- Roll up vanity
- Lowered thermostats
- Lowered security peep hole
- Wider guest room closets
- Option for lower hanging rail inside the guest closet
- Floor push switches for floor lamps
