If you're looking for a location to host events near Washington D.C., Salamander Resort & Spa has an experienced event management team that understands and appreciates the nuances of fine, luxury service.

We provide dedicated managers to work with each event planner, assuring that the details are attended to and you and your guests are delighted, before, during and after the event. They will coordinate all on-site details including reservations, room layout and design, shipping and receiving, engineering assistance, and the following outside services.

Welcome Gifts and Amenities – Inscribed bottles of wine, stoppers, engraved horseshoes or gift baskets of local food-and-beverage favorites are available as amenities for your meeting or event. We are pleased to work with you to customize welcome gifts and amenities for your guests. Our award-winning Pastry Chef, Jason Reaves, can re-create logos and intricate designs and transform them into edible wonders that will leave your guests saying "how did they do that?"

Photographers - The Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia area is home to some of the country's finest photographers. Your group planner will be pleased to make recommendations based on the needs of your specific event.

Music and Entertainment - Whether you would like a string quartet, a high energy band, or something in between, we can provide you with musical options for your event.

Florists – From the formality of the Washington, D.C. gatherings to the comfortable casualness of the Virginia countryside, our florists understand how to enhance your event and capture the feeling with innovative and beautiful arrangements.

Team Building, Transfers, Destination Management Companies (DMCs) – DMCs work closely with our Virginia resort's staff to provide seamless integration with their services and that of the property. From group transfers, to offsite events to creating spectacular on site parties, our service manager will coordinate with the DMC you select to ensure that your program runs flawlessly.
