Much more than a demonstration kitchen, this Cooking Studio is unique in that it opens directly into our kitchens.

Visiting Chefs can interact with the cooking studio guests while preparing full meals or select dishes. The Studio also offers a wide range of cooking classes for children and adults, and includes specialty cooking such as vegan, vegetarian, low-fat, and low sodium. The Studio is available for private dinner parties where you and your guests can participate or just watch the meal’s preparation while conversing with the chef. Enjoy a fabulous meal, then leave the cleanup of the kitchen and dishes to us.

Friday, July 24 | 6pm - 9pm | Cocktail Social with aclaimed local Chefs; Drewno, Gray, and Edwards.  Meet your local celebrity chefs during this Cocktail Social with complimentary hors d'oeuvres, dumpling station and a unique pairing of Duckhorn Vineyard Wine (Napa) directed by Salamander's own Michael Foote.

Saturday, July 25 | 7pm | “Four Chefs & Duckhorn Wine Dinner"
Be prepared for a culinary show down, with a 7-course dinner prepared simultaneously with 2 courses from Scott Drewno, 2 courses from Todd Gray and 2 courses from Chris Edwards.  And if that isn't enough, Jason Reaves will finish with dessert.
